I haven’t tried a new recipe in awhile, and had a craving for tacos. Here’s an easy buffalo chicken recipe that I (and my friends) absolutely loved!


Buffalo Chicken Mixture
2 large chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
4 ounces of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Hard taco shells (12)
Mexican four cheese
Sour Cream


Buffalo Chicken Mixture
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Mix together salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle on chicken breast
3. Bake for 20 minutes
4. Shred the chicken with two forks
5. Melt cream cheese, butter and hot sauce in large pan over medium heat. Stir frequently! If you don’t, it will stick together.
6. Mix shredded chicken into mixture

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Line tacos into baking dish, I used a 9×13, something slightly smaller would have been better though
3. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken into each taco and top with shredded cheese
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
5. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream. I put these on the side to make it more appealing and allowing people to choose how much they’d want. I also got Tostito’s chips and salsa
